1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

KN Car Repair Services provides automotive repair, maintenance, and related services. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Engine repair and diagnostics
  • Brake services
  • AC repair and maintenance
  • Transmission services
  • General maintenance and inspections

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are based on initial inspection and may be subject to change once work begins if additional issues are discovered. We will always communicate any changes in pricing before proceeding with additional work.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers
  • Vehicle will not be released until full payment is received

5. Warranty

We provide warranty on our workmanship and parts as follows:

  • Labor warranty: 30 days or 1,000 km, whichever comes first
  • Parts warranty: As per manufacturer's warranty
  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or other repairs

6. Vehicle Storage

Vehicles left at our facility for more than 7 days after service completion without arrangement may incur storage fees. We are not responsible for damage to vehicles left unattended beyond 30 days.

7. Liability

KN Car Repair Services is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing conditions not related to our repairs
  • Personal items left in vehicles
  • Delays caused by parts availability
  • Damage resulting from customer-supplied parts

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate vehicle information
  • Informing us of all known issues
  • Collecting vehicles promptly after service
  • Maintaining service records

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will first be attempted to be resolved through direct communication. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the laws and courts of the United Arab Emirates.
